Lodging
Hyatt Regency Cartagena is located on the Caribbean Sea and Bay of Cartagena. Complimentary WiFi is offered around the property. We are reserving Ocean View rooms, which have a king bed or two double beds. There are restaurants, a gelateria, room service, spa, gym, and an adult pool. Also, the hotel is near a mall, stores and restaurants.
Since the lodging will be included in a travel package, the hotel may not allow rewards account numbers to be added to the reservation. When checking in you can ask if points can be applied to your rewards account. You can visit the hotel's website at:

Costs And Payments
The estimated package quotes are $3,400.00/person with double occupancy and $4,700.00/person with single occupancy. The estimates are based on current pricing departing from Atlanta. The actual cost will be determined by the rates at the time of booking and your departure city. Airfares, hotel rates and availability can change at any time until a reservation is made and the rates are locked in. You can select Premium/Comfort+ or First Class seating on the Registration Form.
Roommates must pay the deposit at the same time to make the reservation. After Selah Travel receives your Registration Form the actual cost will be provided for your approval, then the reservation will be made.
The deposit is $300.00/person. Payments may be made via a debit or credit card. Selah Travel will provide receipts each time payments are made. After making the deposit, you can utilize the payment plan below. At any time you can make payments of a larger amount or pay off the balance; you don't have to wait until the due dates.

After you approve the reservation all payments will become non-refundable, unless you purchase travel insurance. If you must cancel the trip the travel insurance may reimburse 100% of the payments when cancelling for covered reasons, and 80% for uncovered reasons. The policy also includes pre-existing medical conditions, and provisions for medical expenses and emergencies during your trip.
The insurance premium is based on the total trip cost, age and state of residence. After your Registration Form is received Selah Travel will also provide a quote for the insurance. The range is approximately $300.00-$500.00/person, depending on your age and your package cost.

Passports
All guests must have a passport book that is valid for a minimum of six months after the trip (December 31, 2025). Selah Travel can provide instructions for applying for or renewing a passport. The passport should have at least two blank pages, as well.
Please email or text a copy of the main passport page or passport application to Selah Travel when you complete the Registration Form.
Registration
Select a travel package below. On the next screen select the number of travelers for whom you are submitting the deposit. If you and your roommate are paying separately, select "1" traveler for just yourself. On the Registration Form you will list the name of your roommate. If you are paying the deposit for both of you, after you complete and electronically sign your form click the blue "Registration Form" button in the upper right hand corner to submit the form. Once it is submitted you can select "Add Additional Traveler" at the bottom of the next page to complete the information for your roommate. After registering you will enter the debit/credit card information to pay the deposit(s).
